Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?” She said to him, “Yes, Lord, I believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God, the one coming into the world.” (John 11:25-27 NRSV)
It is with a heavy heart that we say good-by to a dear sweet lady. Bea Wolf said good-bye to this world yesterday morning. But; there is also peace and joy within the hearts of many who love her because we know that she knew her Savior lived. With Martha, she could say, "Yes, Lord, you are the Messiah, the Son of God, who came into this world." Her faith professed that even though we die; all who believe that Jesus lived and died and lives again for them will never die. She trusted in the promise of eternal life even as we trust in the promise of eternal life in the most precious Kingdom of God for all who believe.
Thanks be to God for promises fulfilled through His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
