God's Grace Brings Salvation

Photo by Judy Mattson
For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,

Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
                                                                        (Titus 2:11-14 KJV)

The good news from the Paul's epistle to his fellow servant Titus is that our Savior Jesus Christ died for the salvation of all people.  The good news as we celebrate the Christmas holy days and everyday is that by the grace of God through Jesus we have been redeemed from all iniquity.

It does not matter who you are or what you may or may not have done by the grace of God, through faith in the life giving sacrifice of this child born in Bethlehem, you are forgiven your sins!

Thanks be to God for the hope of the world who is Jesus the Christ!

God's Peace - Pr. J.
