Faithful Promise

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

We have been given a beautiful world to live in; friends; family. We have received many gifts in this world. Sometimes; though, things can get a bit dreary. Sometimes, things can get really rough. There can be a lot of challenges and a lot of trials in this world. Sin, sometimes, takes a stronger hold of our lives than we'd like.

But, we are not without hope. All is not lost. In Christ we have received forgiveness of sin. In Christ, we have had our hearts sprinkled from evil consciences. In Christ, we have been redeemed. We have been reconciled to God our Father and have been made whole. We have received the fruit of God's promise though Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
