"As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all."
Other than by His Word we have no clue of any details on how God creates anything. We cannot know how or why the Spirit of God works except that God wills it.
When Nicodemus went to Jesus in the dark of the night asking him questions about who he was and about being born again into the kingdom of God, Jesus told him: "The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit." (John 3:8)
We simply cannot know the way of the Spirit of God. Especially in the midst of trying times, we cannot understand all the ways of God. But, we can trust that His plan is a good plan and it is a plan according to His will for the good of those who love Him. (Rom 8:28)
It is absolutely amazing how a child grows in a mother's womb. It is amazing that though he was killed, Jesus lives. There are just so many things that we cannot fully understand. Yet, we believe and rejoice because we know that God sees all, knows all, and has a good plan and nothing humankind does can thwart that plan.
We cannot know everything. We don't even have to. We just trust the source of all things who is the Spirit of God; who is the Word, by the power of the same Holy Spirit.
